    1. Hi Lynette! Thankyou! I'm glad you've found some inspiration to keep at it - I think it really is all about practice - I couldn't even draw a decent stick figure when I first started drawing and was so terrible at art at school :) Good luck with it!

  28. What wonderful ideas! Thanks for the how to! This would be something fun for kids to work on while on a long road or airplane trip.

I'm going to post a link to this on my website www.theeducationaltourist.com where I write about packing light and traveling with the kids. There are lots of FREE tips and also $3 downloads for kids that visit (in reality or virtually) countries like Spain and France or visit world class museums like the Prado or the Louvre.

Thanks for sharing your great ideas!

  33. Thank you so much for showing the steps. I am new to this. I had to stop working due to a disabling illness. I have always wanted to be involved in art, but I can't see what an artist can see, but this I can do. After I get a little better at a few of these, I am going to show some of the other patients how to do this. Focusing on something other than your illness, pain, and how sick the medications make you takes you to a different place mentally and spiritually. Just know that you have helped me and with your permission I would like to share your site and videos with other in the hospitals. Blessings to you and yours.
